Hey there! This weeks video is one of the more trendy foods during the 2017 and it is even getting more exposure in 2018. It is the Souffle Pancake!!! AKA The fluffiest and jiggliest Pancakes you will ever eat.

They are made by the japanese, using a meringue base technique to make the pancakes. They are cooked low and slow to reach perfection. Golden Brown, absolutely moist and airy. When paired with maple syrup, OMG it just melts in your mouth like a fluffy little cloud.
