Hello my awesome viewers, today I show show you how to easily do a shirr stitch or smock stitch without using an elastic thread. This process is really easy to do and not as complicated as the traditional way of doing a shirring or smocking. This sewing project is perfect for beginners. You can use shirring in so many applications such as waistband on a skirt, neckline, sleeves and, sleeve hem for extra detail on your garment. You can also use this detail on a pillow case possibilities are endless!
