20mins - treadmill 2.5incline 2.5 speed
2x10 - 70lbs - Lat Pull
2x10- 85lbs - lat pull
4x10 - 40lbs - rear deltoid
2x10 - 55lbs - seated row
2x10 - 70lbs - seated row
4x10 - 35lbs - low row
4x10 - 35lbs each - iso-lateral highbrow
4x10 - 30lbs - dual adjustable pulley
4x8- 10lbs - trap bar bent over
