The Toronto Salmon Run starts in mid September and usually concludes around late October. Today we are the Betty Sutherland Trail in Toronto to observe the Salmon Run. It is legal to fish for Salmon during this time but there are a few restrictions as to the amount and method used. The Salmon enter small rivers such as the East Don River and Humber Rivers to lay their eggs.
