I live with Tinnitus every day. When it gets bad, it just gets bad. It is just part of my hearing loss. I have to be careful to not irritate it and do healthy things that will calm it down. One thing that is important if for no one to tell you it can't be fixed or nothing can be done about it. Don't let anyone tell you that EVER. Take heart because there are exercises and solutions available.
