This elevator was restored when massive renovations were going on inside this building. This was originally a hotel president, since then it has been converted into apartments, now standing as a Graduate Hotel. But you got to admire this beautiful elevator! This one was installed somewhere around 1929 and 1930. I really love the original cab for it too, especially the inner gate and the manual doors! If you are in Palo Alto, I highly recommend you check out this hotel and experience this for yourself!
