Jared and his mom Cirie saw their emotional journey as the first-ever mother/son duo on Big Brother US come to an end with Jared's eviction. Cirie made history at age 53 as the first BB contestant to have previously played the game of Survivor. Jared came in hoping he or his legendary mom could win the game.

Jared first reveals the real reason behind his tears during his eviction interview – leaving his mom alone and unprotected. As a tight duo, they spoke nearly daily in the house strategizing together. Despite feeling he let her down, Jared believes his eviction will actually benefit Cirie’s game since she can now play more cutthroat without worrying about him.

When asked if he regrets betraying anyone, Jared insists he loves and respects all the houseguests equally. He doesn’t blame those who targeted him as a threat, understanding it’s just part of the game to backstab people. In fact, Jared shockingly still appreciates Cameron, whom he now calls an ally.

Regarding Jared’s showmance with Blue, he hints they have serious conversations ahead after what unfolded between them on camera in the house. Jared coyly avoids committing to any future with Blue outside the house, saying they need to talk in-depth first.

In retrospect, Jared wishes he made smarter moves to protect his mom, rather than constantly asking her opinion on his sloppy strategy. But he has no ill will toward anyone who targeted him as a threat to their own game.

Ultimately, Jared attributes his eviction to simply needing more experience on his first time playing. He’d eagerly return to implement lessons learned from his rookie season, preferably playing with his mom Cirie again someday, but also being open to playing solo too.
