The Gospel of Luke reminds us that as followers of Jesus, He welcomes and adopts us into His family. He is that generous and loving because He never limits His family; rather, He wants it to grow endlessly, with more people to love and show the greatness of God. This also invites us to reflect on our personal relationships with God, with us recognizing Him as our Father, and that whatever we have and whoever we are in this world, we all belong to God and His glory.
