Don Revie is one of the most successful football managers of his generation. Having transformed Leeds United from a second division outfit into a major, trophy-winning force in English football, Don was appointed manager of the England national team - the successor to Alf Ramsey.

When, in 1977, Don announced that he was quitting the England job to accept a lucrative post as manager of the United Arab Emirates side, his reputation in England was forever tarnished. Now manager of the Dubai-based club side, Al-Nasr, Don opens up to Nationwide reporter James Hogg about his life in the UAE, and his plans for the future.

Originally broadcast 11 May, 1982.
