Pepperoni bread is a delicious snack. The dough is super fluffy, tasty and the combination of the flavor of the Calabrian sausage and the creaminess of the cream cheese, it's delicious! đ
They are great for serving as an afternoon snack, on the menu of a colonial cafe, picnics, birthday parties. Ultimately, the special moment to enjoy these buns is up to you! đĽ°â¨
Ingredients:
1 cup of warm milk
5g dry organic yeast
3 tablespoons of crystal sugar
1/4 cup (tea) oil (60ml)
1 egg
1/2 level tablespoon of salt
3 cups (tea) of wheat flour (420g)
Pepperoni filling
205g grated Calabrian sausage (1 or 2 segments)
1/2 medium onion grated
1 clove of crushed garlic
parsley to taste
black pepper to taste
Creamy cream cheese to taste
1 egg yolk for brushing.
Oregano or sesame to decorate.
Cup measurement (tea) = 240ml
Yield: 30 servings of approximately 40g each
