Recipe for stew
About 1 cup palm oil
4 onions
Handful of ginger and 5 cloves of garlic
Beef seasoning, white pepper, grains of selim and salt to taste
4 small tomatoes
1 small salted fish
About 2kg okro
300g Jute leaves
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of bicarb soda to replace kawu

For the banku
500g cassava dough
800g corn dough
1.5kg water
Salt to taste
