Ajahn Sucitto – Connecting the subtle body with the citta
In May 2024, London Insight Meditation hosted Ajahn Sucitto for a weekend retreat in London on the theme of "Repair and release - servicing the heart". In this first talk on the retreat, Ajahn Sucitto explores “Duck Ajahns” and “Chicken Ajahns” as well as how the subtle body needs to be connected with the citta.

AJAHN SUCITTO
Ajahn Sucitto was one of the original group who founded Chithurst Monastery (Cittaviveka) in West Sussex in 1979 and Amaravati near Hemel Hempstead in 1984. He has been teaching retreats in Britain and overseas since 1981, and has authored Rude Awakenings and Turning the Wheel of Truth for commercial distribution, as well as several books for free distribution.
