We pulled up at the arbitrary roadside location along the Thumrait to Salalah Highway. We are enjoying the crisp air and the pleasant weather.

Salalah is the Gulf's hidden gem. We are traveling by road from Muscat to Salalah the entire way. We left at 10 p.m. and traveled all night to get in Thumrait at 7 a.m.
