Since I have the 18V One+ air nailer, drill, and circular saw, I thought I'd buy the weed whacker trimmer as my need is very low. I grew up on gas powered juggernauts and used them often while cutting grass in the summer. This quaint Ryobi trimmer seems great, so far. The string seems surprisingly strong and my needs are very little. My lawnmower is the Fiskars reel mower. It works great, and I love it, but anything above 6" doesn't get cut, so this trimmer will fill a 'dandelion' need. It's nice and light and with 3 batteries, I'm set. I'm thinking of getting the jigsaw 18V next.
