⏩Ingredients for rolls or rolls of cream and chocolate (8 to 9 pcs):
350 gr of all-purpose wheat flour or strong flour (2 3/4 Cup).
50 grams of sugar, you can use 40 grams of white sugar and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar (4 1/2 tablespoons).
4 to 5 grams of dry bakery yeast (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 teaspoons).
5 gr of salt (1 tsp).
1/2 tsp vinegar (optional).
2 Eggs (100 gr of liquids).
108 to 120 gr of milk (I used 110 gr, 1/2 Cup +/- 1 to 3 Tbsp).
80 gr of butter or oil.

Cream to fill:
250 ml of milk (1 1/4 Cup - 1 Tbsp).
2 Yolks (32 gr).
35 gr of Sugar (2 1/4 Tbsp).
10 gr of Vanilla Sugar (1 Tbsp or substitute 1 tbsp of essence or vanilla paste).
25 gr of cornstarch or corn starch (5 tablespoons).
60 gr of Cream Cheese (Optional).
80 to 100 gr of ovenable Chocolate Chips.

Tips and recommendations:
1. You can double the amount of dough to make more rolls and you will need the same
amount of cream because I have a little left over, although if you put more cream than me in the breads then you need to make more cream.
2. The cream cheese for the cream is optional, you can omit it.
3. The bread is very tasty whether you use butter or oil as fat to prepare the dough.
