If you just look at the water repellency, the performance is a little lacking, but it is amazing that you can remove oil film and apply repellent at once. I recommend this for people who wants to apply easily and fast. Considering the time you need to spend, this product is a nice choice.

The 2 products are used in different ways, so this might not be an accurate comparison. However, I wanted to see the water repellency, so I applied Hybrid Strong on the other side. If you want to remove oil film and repellent quickly, it's Clean & Repel. If you want to take time for a high water repellency, it's Hybrid Strong.

Also, I think one of the reasons why the water was sheeting on the window, is because the spraying distance was near compared to the windsheild.
