I love ‪@Fundy‬. At first, I didn’t understand his character in the Dream SMP, but I found myself breaking down while writing this song. He was the First Son of L’Manberg, which turned out to be more of a nuisance than a privilege. You know his relationship with Wilbur, who tried to make up for a lost time as a ghost. You also know his relationship with Eret, who was oblivious of Fundy’s adoption.

Now that the nation he grew up in was annihilated, he has almost nothing to go to.

I grew up in a family whose parents maintain a high profile in my community. Contrary to the song, they showered me with love and attention. There are other children, though, with the same family background, who are like Fundy — left behind in favor of responsibility. If that is you, here’s a hug. We all deserve better days.
