June 17, 2016. Liz Phair makes a rare appearance at the annual Hot Stove Cool Music Benefit: Celebrating Music, Baseball and Giving Back in Chicago.
Here she is playing "Supernova" off her sophomore album, Whip Smart, with Jimmy Chamberlin (Smashing Pumpkins) on drums and other musicians at a familiar place called, Metro Chicago. A stage where Joe Shanahan help get her noticed.
