How to fry meat in a pan in lemon sauce.
Today we are preparing fried meat in a simple and very tasty recipe. If you want, you can take beef or pork, turkey or chicken - anyway, this is a matter of taste, the recipe will not suffer from this in any way and will remain surprisingly tasty and fragrant! So let's get ready.

Ingredients:
Pork - 250 gr. (5 slices);
Lemon - 1-2 pcs.;
Butter - 30 gr.;
Flour - to taste;
Salt - to taste;
Black pepper - to taste;
Parsley - to taste.

Cooking:
1. Pour the flour into a large plate, take the slices of meat, lightly beat them and sprinkle them well with flour.
2. Lemons should be washed well and squeezed out the juice. Leave a few slices intact.
3. Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat. Once the butter is completely melted, place the floured slices of meat in the pan. Slightly fry the meat on both sides, season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
4. Pour lemon juice into the pan. When you see that the juice has thickened, put a few slices of lemon into it and turn off the heat.
5. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped parsley and you can serve the meat with lemon sauce to the table. Enjoy!
