Ultimate Sushi Nachos

White Basmati rice, cooked and brought to room temperature
Unsweetened Rice Vinegar (I put 2 Tablespoons for each cup of cooked rice)
Nori, crumbled or powdered
Wasabi (paste or powder)

Toppings
Red Bell Pepper
Cucumber
Shredded Carrots
Shredded Purple Cabbage
Mango
Scallion
Jalapeno Pepper
Pickled Ginger
Sesame Seeds
Avocado
