Tennis elbow pain is just annoying until one day, it can feel debilitating because it seems everything you do, hurts the elbow.

This is tennis elbow or lateral epicondylitis in its most severe form. There’s a LOT that you can do before it ever gets this way.

A common question I receive as a certified hand therapist is “What is better? The wrist splint or the forearm strap?”

I don’t love either but here’s my take on if you wanted to try something that is easy and fast.

Hands-on Therapy Services helps people in Miami with hand and shoulder pain to stay active, and pain-free, and avoid pills, injections, and surgery. We specialize in helping people with arm and hand problems, whether to avoid surgery or after an accident requiring surgery.
