At the age of 24, I found myself in a very dark place. Overwhelmed with anxiety, obsessive compulsive negative thoughts & a constant feeling of hopelessness and despair. Struggling with a heavy drug & alcohol addiction, I was truly lost in this world.

One morning, I found myself contemplating the quickest & easiest way to end my life. It was there and then I knew, I had to do something, and NOW.

With a determination to be there for my unborn child, I set out on a search for inner peace & healing.

Through the blessing of spiritual mysticism & the practice of self-inquiry, I discovered a path out of my suffering.

I now feel a calling to share these powerful & transformative teachings, poems & stories through this channel in service to all those on the path of awakening.
