Ingredients:
Vanilla syrup - 15mL or 1 teaspoon
Freshly brewed espresso (or strong coffee) - 2 shots
Milk of your choice (Whole milk, Full Cream, or Nonfat) - 90ml
Caramel sauce (drizzle as preferred)
Steps:
1. Brew your coffee, prepare two espresso shots.
2. Place 15mL vanilla syrup at the bottom of a mug.
3. Mix in 2 shots espresso.
4. Warm 90ml milk until it’s hot and frothy.
5. Add the frothed milk onto your espresso.
6. Create microfoam with a handheld frother (Optional). Spoon the microfoam on top.
7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top in a crisscross pattern.
