[My statement]
I'm trying to follow the CGM strictly (sounds strict but it's not). Now it’s been almost 20 years since the CGM was born. Too many people (includes YouTubers and Influencers) have tried to involving into curly hair business and they twisted and modified the original CGM into more complicated and difficult. The original CGM is VERY simple. I'd like to get back to the basics and share the scientifically authentic information with you. It is ok to do anything makes you feel better. But don't forget any info floating around YouTube, IG or anywhere else on website are mostly for making money. I hope my information will help you for your curly hair journey.
