Many people think the summer is when we're supposed to feel happy, filled with energy, enjoy the sunny weather, all of these expectations on what summer should look like. The reality is that seasonal affective disorder can affect us in different seasons. And while we may think seasonal affective disorder may make us feel the most depressed or increase our depression in the winter, we can also be affected and feel depressed in the summer.
