I beat Rimworld with an organ-harvesting empire. Starting with nothing, I built a ruthless operation where over 100 organs were harvested to amass a fortune. Along the way, we’ll recruit skilled doctors, automate the process with robots, and push our colony toward launching a rocket to the stars. All of this unfolds on the hardest difficulty, where each choice can mean life or death. Can we thrive in this brutal world and become the wealthiest organ trade empire Rimworld has ever seen? This was played on Rimworld 1.5 with the Royalty, Ideology, Biotech and Anomaly DLC enabled.
