I am very happy to present to you this interview I did with the amazing Jen Stewart.

Jen's passion is a connection with children through movement. She is a co-founder of MindFull moves and trains parents in Anat Baniel Method – a type of movement therapy to practice with their children.

You can learn more about Jen on her website:

http://www.mindfullmoves.com/

Instagram:   / mindfullmoves.jen

And you can find out more about her two Facebook groups by watching the video.

In our conversation, we were talking about:

*Details of how she began her journey and found out about the Anat Baniel Method

*What does it take for the parents to become practitioners, and how long training is needed. How many sessions with Jen's parents need?

*How many hours of therapy a day is enough for our child, and what will happen if we exercise too long with our children?

*Jen's biggest advice for the parents

What if you do a lot of therapy with your child and you see no progress at all?

And many other things we've mentioned in our conversation.

Jen has a YouTube channel, and this is the link to a little different interview she and I did that will give you a perspective of how life coaching can help you in overcoming the challenges:

If you find this conversation helpful, leave a comment or ask a question, and I will invite Jen to come to my channel again and share more tips with you.

Why do I make these videos? Our daughter Joana was born with brain damage and an unknown diagnose. In November 2020, she continued her journey, and she is not physically with us anymore. In our story, you can see how I felt initially and how I feel changed over time.

I am living proof that any difficult life challenge can be overcome. My mission and purpose are to uplift and encourage other people to break free from feeling negative emotions and living the life they deserve. I told our story in 13 Chapters on this channel. See the links below
