One-story house with 3 bedrooms, small but functional house, the objective in this house was to distribute the spaces well, separating the intimate area of ​​the house from the social area. I made a social area with a higher ceiling, to give the feeling of spaciousness, of a large and airy house, albeit in a small projection area.

This house also has two covered parking spaces, a laundry and barbecue area, connected to an Olympic-style lap pool.
