Hey guys I just wanted to share this Tutorial on how to fry the perfect fish with you guys. As always the steps are very easy to follow and if done correctly you’ll get perfect fish which didn’t stick to your pot or fall apart. Ingredients List

1/2 tsp Adobo
1/2 tsp Complete seasoning
1 tsp Fish Seasoning
2 cups vegetable oil
2 yellow tail snapper (or fish of choice)
3 garlic cloves
5 sprigs thyme
1 scotch bonnet pepper
