Recipe:
1. Cut tofu into cubes
2. Chop the garlic
3. Cut the ginger
4. Cut millet spicy
5. Cut the chives
6. Fried tofu
7. Fry the tofu until slightly yellow and take it out
8. Stir fry the pork belly and stir fry the oil
9. Put ginger and garlic and fry until fragrant
10. Put half a spoon of dark soy sauce, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of oil consumption, stir fry evenly
11. Put a bowl of water, put tofu, and simmer for a while
12. Add salt and stir fry evenly
13. Prepare a casserole, put cabbage on the bottom, then put tofu, millet spicy, cover the pot and simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes
14. Sprinkle with chives

食譜：
1.豆腐切成方塊
2.切大蒜
3.切生薑
4.切小米辣
5.切香蔥
6.小火煎豆腐
7.豆腐煎成微黃撈出來
8.炒五花肉，把油脂煸炒出來
9.放生薑大蒜炒出香味
10.放半勺老抽，2勺生抽，2勺耗油，翻炒均勻
11.放一碗清水，放豆腐，燜一會
12.放鹽，翻炒均勻
13.準備一個砂鍋，放白菜放下面，再放豆腐，小米辣，蓋上鍋蓋中火燜5分鐘
14.撒香蔥
