You will need to upgrade 8 cars to the max for trophy expert mechanic. It s the grindiest trophy in this game and most likely the last you get before platinum.
The only way to upgrade a car is to drive it. To fully upgrade it you need to drive the car 1600 miles or 2520 km.
The fastest way is kenya track 6. It doesnt matter race or time trial.
