A Boardman man was caught in a compromising position inside a Campbell home.
Just after 3 a.m. Friday, officers were called to a home on Walter Street where they found Todd Moffie, 34, of Mathews Road, stuck between two steps of the basement stairs. Police believe Moffie got in through a side window, where they discovered several broken flower pots.
They also found a bag of marijuana on Moffie.
"Upon going down into the basement, while walking down the flight of stairs they noticed legs hanging out of the steps," said Sgt. John Rusnak, Campbell Police Department. "A male had climbed through the steps apparently had lodged himself, wedged himself, between two steps and was stuck."
Moffie was charged with aggravated burglary and possession of drugs.
