I'm building a W.C. structure for the main forest camping area.

– W.C. (a British term) is like a type of out-house, but more like a proper bathroom. In this case it will have a "flush" camping toilet with internal collection system rather than just a hole that dumps into the ground. It will also have a hand washing basin that will be plumbed from a rainwater catchment with lessons learned from my "Plumbing With Rain" shower house build:    • Plumbing with Rainwater: Off Grid Sho...

I've decided to build a skid foundation for the structure to make it easier to move the unit around the property later if I need to. As usual I've never done this before, but I put a lot of time into designing the thing in SketchUp ahead of the build. I'm using pressure treated 4x6 landscaping timbers for the skids.

I hope you enjoy the episode. Comments and questions are welcomed.

Thanks for watching.
