- 1 quả Cà chua (tomato)
- 1 củ Hành tây (onion)
- 50ml Nước me hoặc tắc (kumquat juice / tamarind sauce)
- 2 tbsp tương cà (tomato sauce)
- 2 tbsp tương ớt Chinsu (chili sauce)
- 1-2 tbsp sa tế tôm (chili shrimp paste)
- 2 tbsp nước mắm (fish sauce)
- ½ tsp muối hạt (salt)
- 10 trái tắc (kumquat)
- 1 tsp bột ngọt (MSG)
- 1 tbsp hạt nêm (seasoning powder)
- 6.5 tbsp đường phèn (rock sugar)
