Never done this before, so a learning curve. Basically just use paint stripper and a nylon scraper, I used a fine razor (glass cleaner) to scrape off the paint around the spokes as well as a bronze wire brush. I found the bronze brush on a drill gave scratching that was hard to sand out around the spokes.
