For the past two years Alyssa Camacho has worked as an evening news producer at WCTV, Tallahassee's number one local news station. She's worked on various shows in her time there covering local and state politics, crime, community events and more. Working primarily on the 5 and 5:30 pm newscast, she takes the stories and finds a way to use what's in her producer toolbox to elevate story, whether that's through writing, visuals, staging or showcasing skills. In 2023, she produced her first project "Hurting for Housing" producing a 30 minute special that shedding light on the affordable housing crisis in the Big Bend and South Georgia Community.
