Delicious and healthy butternut squash in tamarind sauce for the fall season.

Rice Flour/ Biyyam Pindi - 1 Tbsp
Butternut Squash/ Gummadikaya - 1 small
Red Chilli Powder/ Karam - 2 Tsp
Salt To Taste
Turmeric/ Pasupu - 1/3 Tsp
Green Chillies/ Pachimirchi - 3 to 4
Curry Leaves/ Karvepaku - Few
Curry Leaf and Cilantro Stalks/ Karvepaku, Kothimeera Kadalu - Few (Optional)
Jaggery/ Bellam - 2 Tsp
Cilantro/ Coriander Leaves/ Kothimeera - 2 to 3 Tbsp
Oil - 33 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds/ Jeera - 1 Tsp
Mustard Seeds/ Avalu - 1 Tsp
Fenugreek Seeds / Menthulu - 1/3 Tsp
Dry Red Chillies - 2
Curry Leaves/ Karvepaku - 12 to 15
Asafoetida/ Hing/ Inguva - 1/4 tsp
Note: Serve hot with rice and mudda pappu
