ABOUT:
This is my typical workflow for editing landscapes in Capture One Pro, it is based on three steps: Luminosity, Color, Detail. It works for any sort of photographic genre, applying the principles creates a robust structure with three logical steps to follow.
This is the first part of the entire workflow - I cover in detail setting up the base for the edit with luminosity adjustments. Getting right the lights and shadows is the first step, followed by the basic color adjustments.
In the next video I will cover creating depth and order in the image with color grading with complementary colors. The edit gets its polished look with a few simple final touches included in the video as well.
