Ingredients:
- Lobster
- Tomato
- Celery
- Mushrooms
- Carrot
- Onion
- Brandy
- Tomato paste
- Cream
- Parsley

Instructions:
1. Cook the lobster in boiling water for 8 minutes, then cool it in ice water.
2. Remove the lobster meat and keep the shells.
