So After a few tests The engine block is not clogged as when i spray water into the Pump housing water does flow out the other side with the thermostat removed. However It still appears that I'm not getting any flow or water pressure. I would expect if the pump was working water would be spraying out the shop vac hose extension but instead it just backs up and overflows out the gap.

Also the radiator is not 100% plugged up solid. I can spray water into the upper hose and it will come out the bottom hose but it refuses to drain out the drain hole. I tried sticking a screwdriver up into the drain hole and it just gets stuck and it's a bitch to get it back out. I wonder if someone used some kind of stop leak or epoxy and that settled into the drain side of the radiator preventing it from draining.

Water will also come out the bottom hose also if I spray water into the filler neck. I'm going to replace the radiator anyway and I will do a autopsy on it to see what's inside. I will also install a New Serpentine belt also. I was able to source a OEM water pump from amazon for around $16.
