This Septmeber marked the Return to the Valley for 45596 'Bahamas' for the first time in 30 years. The loco is due to star in the Autumn Gala on September 19th-22nd, but before this the loco ran a day of Footplate Experience trains on Friday 30th August. This was followed by starring on the Valleys 'Super Saturday' special event featuring the Valleys home fleet.
I ventured out yesterday (Friday) and caught the Jubilee at Hay Bridge and lastly at Eardington Station in which the loco looked the part on the Carmine and Cream Mk1s.
Look forward to videoing this loco more in a couple of weeks time. As unfortunately work got in the way of any further videoing on Saturday morning.
