Gram dal - 500g ( 2 1/2 cup)
Thick coconut milk ( first extract) - 2 cup
Thin coconut milk ( second extract ) - 3 1/2 cup
Jaggery - 800 g
Water - 1/2 cup ( for jaggery syrup)
Coconut slices - 5 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Raisins - 1 1/2 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 8
Hot water - 4 1/2 cup ( for cooking gram dhal)
Ghee - 4 tbsp
Dry ginger powder - 1 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
