This LED flasher randomly changes the color on every cycle. No microcontrollers,
only 2 cmos IC's & 1 transistor to drive the RGB led.
9 bit binary counter drives 3 3-bit D/A (digital-analog) converters for 512 different randomly generated colors. LED blinker runs on a 9V battery or supply.
