Gregg Hansford was an amazing talent, on two and four wheels,
Neil Crompton put a tribute together back in 1987 at Surfers Paradise International Raceway ATCC Round 6 when Gregg was racing with Dick Johnson's Shell Sierra team.. in 1993 Hansford won Bathurst with Larry Perkins two years before he was tragically killed at Phillip Island competing in a Supertourer race. Hansford's 1993 Bathurst win gave him the unique distinction of winning a race at the Mount Panorama Circuit in both motorcycle and car racing.
