Muhallebi / Muhallebia is a milk pudding without using chinagrass and gelatin. There is another dessert named Malabi, which is almost same like this arab pudding. Traditionally this dessert is made with rice flour and milk but today it's often made with cornflour and milk which gives a silky texture to the dessert. A must try exotic chilled dish that pairs best with middle eastern flavors.

INGREDIENTS
For the first layer
Milk - 1 litre
Cornflour - 7 tbsp
Sugar - 1 cup

Second layer
Strawberry - 8 to 10 nos
Sugar - 4 tbsp or more
Water - quarter a cup
