CAKE BATTER

Mixture 1: Meringue
5 egg whites
1/2 cup granulated sugar

Mixture 2:
5 egg yolks
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup cake flour
1 tsp baking powder

FILLING
1 cup dice mangoes
1 cup dice strawberries
I cup whipped cream frosting

WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING
2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 Tbsp dry vanilla pudding mix

Serving size: 18-20 cupcakes
