On what was one of the hottest days of the year Saphos Trains ran the Devonian Express from Cardiff to Plymouth with steam from Bristol Temple Meads. We pick up 46100 Royal Scot & 70000 Britannia running along the River Exe estuary between Turf lock and Powderham, followed by Ashridge. The return run so filming at Hemerdon, Burlescombe and Oath.
