Comparative study of two maximum power point tracking techniques for PV array
The two techniques chosen for comparison are P&O and IncCond

This tutorial presents the performance of two widely used MPPTs in terms of their performance, speed, oscillation around MPP .
The simulation results show that the best performance was obtained from the (Incremental Conduction) IncCond method as it provided the highest efficiency. While the P&O method showed low efficiency at low irradiance level.
