AGGHHHHHH! I'm so excited to share this with you guys! I gained some weight during quarantine and was personally not happy with where I was physically or mentally. I decided to make this huge lifestyle change and go ALL IN on it, and not only did I lose all the weight/ inches I gained in quarantine, I lost more than I had ever before. I want to share my journey with you guys because I know with quarantine and the stress from everything going on in the world right now, everyone is going through stuff and I want to let ya'll know that it CAN get better and it will.
