2 and 1/2 cups cooked plain rice ( I used long grain parboiled rice). You can use rice of choice.
1/2 cup baby Bella mushroom
1 medium size sliced carrot
1 1/2 cups uncooked broccoli
1/2 small onion
2 stalks scallion
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tricolor bell peppers
3-4 tbsp unrefined coconut oil
All purpose vegetable seasoning (any works)
1/2 tsp black pepper
Roughly 2 tbsp ground turmeric
*Be creative with this recipe and add vegetables of choice
*Seasoned to liking
